Unite the union representing BA cabin crew have just announced the dates for industrial action:
March 20th for 3 days
March 27th for 4 days
Action will continue after April 14th if no deal reached.
There is a glimmer of hope though. The union official said BA had put forward a final proposal late yesterday. Despite the union not recommending it, it will put it to the members to elecronically vote on. The result will be known by mid next week.
If the majority of members accept the new BA proposal the industrial action will be called off.
